Meeting Schedule & Structure:
The Board of Directors convenes at least once per year to review financials, discuss strategic initiatives, and evaluate progress toward organizational goals. Additional meetings may be called as needed to address emerging opportunities, challenges, or operational matters.
Beyond the Board of Directors, the makerspace relies on volunteers and ad hoc committees to support ongoing operations, events, and community outreach. These groups provide valuable feedback, assist with programming, and help ensure that our facility remains accessible, well-equipped, and aligned with the needs of our members.
In keeping with our nonprofit status, we maintain open communication about our governance, financial health, and decision-making processes. Members are encouraged to engage with board representatives, attend open forums, and contribute their perspectives, ensuring that our organizational structure remains responsive and community-focused.
